Return Policy

We strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you need to return a product, please review the policy below.

1. Change of mind returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or changed your mind, you may return eligible items for a refund or exchange within 15 calendar days of delivery, including international orders.

Eligibility requirements:

  • You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us before sending the item back.
  • Return shipping is your responsibility.
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • If the item has been opened but remains unused and all original packaging and components are intact, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
  • If the item is returned damaged, missing parts, or shows signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the return. This applies to cases when the package was damaged in transit. No refund will be issued in such cases. If you’d like the item returned to you, you will be responsible for the shipping charges.

Note: refunds are issued for the product cost only. Original shipping costs, transaction fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

2. Defective or damaged items

If the item you receive is defective or arrives damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs for both domestic and international orders, provided the return request is made within 15 calendar days of delivery.

Once received and verified, we will first attempt to repair the item. If repair is not possible, we will proceed with a replacement or, if a replacement is unavailable, a full refund.

Eligibility requirements:

  • You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us before sending the item back. We may request photos or a brief video showing the defect before issuing the RMA.
  • The item must be returned with all original packaging, documentation, and accessories.
  • The item must not show signs of abuse, intentional damage, or unauthorized modification.

3. Built-to-order, custom, and special order items

Products that are built-to-order, custom-configured, or specially ordered just for you are not eligible for return. If you’re unsure whether an item falls into this category, please contact us before purchasing.

4. Ex-Demo and used items

All Ex-Demo, used, or refurbished items are sold “AS IS” and are final sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.

Important notes

  • No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.
  • We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet the above requirements.
