Shipping Policy
Effective Date: May 30, 2025We strive to ensure that your order is delivered safely, promptly, and in perfect condition. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Shipping timeline & delays
Orders are shipped using reputable carriers. Typically, orders ship within 1–2 business days, however, the estimated shipping times provided at checkout are not guaranteed, and we are not liable for delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier. All fees imposed during or after shipping, including import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
2. Adult Signature Required
To ensure secure delivery, we apply Adult Signature Required to most of our shipments. An adult (21+) must be present at the delivery address to sign for the package. This helps prevent loss, theft, and misdelivery, particularly for high-value items. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will typically attempt re-delivery or hold the item at a nearby facility. It’s your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery or pick up the package.
3. Damaged or missing orders
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, notify us within 15 calendar days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, and your cooperation is essential to this process.
- Contact us first. Do not file a claim with the shipping carrier on your own.
- Save all original packaging materials and the damaged items.
- We will require clear photos of the damaged product(s), internal, and outer packaging (including any visible carrier damage) to begin the claim process. Additional photos or information may be required.
- You agree to help us in the carrier’s investigation by responding promptly to additional documentation requests.
- Do not discard or release items to the carrier, a repair technician, or any third party without our approval. Doing so may invalidate the claim and your eligibility for a refund or replacement.
We are not responsible for replacing or refunding lost or damaged in transit packages. However, we will make every reasonable effort to assist you in recovering lost packages and may, at our discretion, offer replacements or refunds once the claim is settled.
4. Non-delivery
- An order is considered "delivered" once the carrier’s tracking system marks it as such.
- If you did not receive the package, you must contact us within 15 calendar days of the marked delivery date. We will initiate a trace with the carrier and assist in resolving the issue.
- We are not responsible for stolen or missed packages or deliveries made to an incorrect address due to a customer error.
5. Refused or undeliverable orders
If a shipment is refused or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, failure to pay duties/taxes, or unavailability of the recipient, it might be returned to us by the carrier. In such cases, it will be treated as a regular return, and the Return Policy, described under the "Change of mind returns" section, will apply. The buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable restocking or re-shipping fees.
