PLiXiR Statement DC MK II Power Cable (1 m)

After two years of testing and development, PLiXiR has launched the new Statement DC MK II cable, which significantly improves on the previous model and fully realizes the exceptional performance potential of PLiXiR BDC linear power supplies.

The new Statement DC MK II cable is developed with ultra-pure copper conductors UPOCC (Ultra-Pure Ohno Continuous Casting) with a thick silver plating and military-grade Teflon insulation. The cable features a larger stranded conductor cross-section compared to the previous DC Statement cable, providing higher current-carrying capacity and lower resistance. As a result, the cable’s musical performance is improved, delivering better dynamics, naturalness, tonal richness, detail, bass quality, and PRaT.

For cable shielding, a silver-plated copper braid made from the same UPOCC copper is used alongside copper foil. As a result, the cable provides ideal protection against high-frequency noise, making it exceptionally quiet and detailed, with an ultra-low noise floor.

The new Statement DC MK II cable is equipped with high-quality, custom-made PLiXiR GX16/4 and 2.1 or 2.5 DC connectors. Built to the highest standards, these customized connectors also make a major contribution to the overall quality of both the cable and the PLiXiR power supply.

This cable delivers a dramatic SQ improvement over the standard Elementa DC cable, so we strongly recommend that every customer who purchased a BDC PLiXiR replace the stock Elementa DC cable with the PLiXiR Statement DC MK II cable.
